Cancelation Policy
Members are not obligated to retain or renew their membership if he/she decides they would like to cancel. However, clients cannot subscribe to memberships only to cancel after applying incentives and discounts. If a member wishes to cancel membership they will be permitted to do so only when the full price of their membership is paid. Subsequently, the client will be subject to non-member pricing.
Auto-Renewal
Clients assume the responsibility of understanding how and when auto-renewal will auto-draft.
Membership Limitations
Each membership is limited to one home/business address. Memberships are non-transferable either by location or person(s).
Warranty/Guarantee
All services listed are backed by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. All parties in which service(s) are performed are required to be present at the time of service otherwise the guarantee will be forfeited. In some cases, services performed can be interrupted or altered by another entity or service provider. If proven to be the case this will annul guarantee. Client signature may be required to validate satisfaction of services performed. Any refreshers or reminders on how to function newly installed services are included within 14 days via video support and or phone call support.
Service Terms
Clients are expected and required to be above the age of 18. No work will be performed if age requirements are not met. Additionally, clients are required to provide a clean and open workspace for services to be performed. Pets are to be restrained or removed from the workspace while the staff is onsite. The client is to provide a clean workspace free of infestation, spills, cobwebs, clutter, and anything like such. The client is to notify team members before service is performed where tobacco, vapes, cigars, or any drug use is prevalent. Team members are not obligated to complete services in such instances. Firearms and weapons are to be stowed away while team members are onsite. Team members are not obligated to complete services if this requirement cannot be met.
Safety Policy
If any team member or client feels their safety or well-being is compromised they are within their rights to terminate service(s) at any time.
